People cannot be responsible for what they are eating. All of us got lazier and prefer to go for a quick snack or a take away, rather than cook their own fresh food at home. There is no point to eat five burgers every day and now you are extremely fat, so you are going to blame the stress? Fast Food affects all people. Fat kids are more vulnerable than slim kids; this is one of the hazards of fast food. Overweight teens consumed 400 more calories than slim kids. Popular fast food is extremely high in fat. A large Mac, French fries and large fizzy drinks such as; Coke and Pepsi contain nearly 1600 calories and nearly half of those from fat. If you are looking to lose weight or to improve your body, a healthy diet plans could be the answer. If you diet includes sugar and fatty meats then you are giving unfriendly flora in your digestive system the advantage.


All the information you need regarding process or packaged food, are written on the package, therefore the only person responsible for what goes in your body is you. People must have more self control and cannot blame the food companies if they get fat. Out there are parents feeding kids rubbish food then they cannot understand why kids are fat and overweight. Parents are responsible for educating their kids about good food and eating habits and setting a good example. However we know that the healthy options are not easy to find and expensive to buy, if you are really overweight you could try a proven diet plan to lose weight fast.


The food industry is only interested in making profit, not the health of people. Often they use cheap ingredients to make their food tastier. Food industry and supermarkets promote many cheap nutritionally devoid sugary unhealthy food and takeaway food you shouldn’t eat. This is main cause of growing levels of obesity.


Stress and changes in diet can lead to a general compromise of your overall health.
